The Best Non-Edible But Edible-Looking Costumes

When you think of Halloween, is the first thing that comes to mind food? It is for me. Erin Zimmer and Kerry Saretsky compiled a list of the “Best Food-Inspired Halloween Costumes” over at Serious Eats that I thought was hilarious.

The couple costumes are kinda cute, especially the “Bun Maker” and “Bun in the Oven”. But I think the best overall is the Wheaties box. I had to do a double-take before I realized it was really a costume. And fortunately the store carries an adult-sized version! Here’s the Wheaties box shown with a child’s hotdog costume:
